跆拳道是韓國歷史悠久的國技，於近年已成為世界性的運動。通過靈活的訓練模式可伸展脊骨、關節和肌肉，幫助身體保持強壯。當中包括平衡、敏捷、力量和柔韌性。跆拳道亦可為一些欠缺自律的小朋友作出一個針對性的紀律訓練。為了提高學員的樂趣、水準和成績評價，每年都會安排班制比賽，讓學員互相比拼實力。如果成績優異更有機會推薦成為香港代表隊代表香港參加國際賽事。
